On tapping the buttons on the screen of the watch, if the watch takes time to respond or it takes multiple taps for an application/feature to respond:

  • It could be that the application becomes unresponsive, try getting out of the application to the app menu by pressing the back button or the side button.
  • In case it still remains non-responsive, try restarting the watch, by switching it off and on again.
